Maria was originally born and raised in Cuba until the age of 12.
She came to The United States in 2002 and has lived in Jacksonville, FL ever since. Maria is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, author, and Real Estate agent.
The list goes on; however, Maria likes to refer to herself as a Real Estate Detailer!

Maria decided to become a licensed real estate agent in 2019 when she became pregnant with her first son. Maria understood that time was of the essence, and she wanted to build a business where she could have freedom and time to spend with her family. Fast forward to 2022 and Maria now has 2 beautiful boys, she enjoys weekends at the park, adventures at the beach, and all things creative. Being a successful Real Estate Agent gives her time to be present with her family while helping others. Since becoming an Agent, Maria has helped countless families with their Real Estate needs and she's happy to continue serving her city.
Owning a home for some people is the “American Dream” and is an asset that all families should be able to own. However, Maria understands that not everyone is fortunate enough to own a home. Therefore, her goal is to help as many people as possible that don’t believe this goal is achievable, she is the agent that makes your realty dreams come true.
Maria’s compassion for others has driven her to feel the need to donate homes for those who could never afford it. In May 2022, Maria founded The Island Poverty Relief Foundation Corporation knowing that helping families in need would be the greatest blessing of them all. Maria's purpose for creating the Foundation is to increase the standard quality of life for families, friends, and neighbors in the most remote corners of her very own native Island of Cuba. Maria started her mission by donating to this cause from each of her real estate transactions assisting one household at time. Then, family & friends started contributing and together they’ve already made a big impact on many families and households.
The Island Poverty Relief Foundation is a Non-Profit Christian Corporation created to elevate the standard of living for families, friends, and neighbors on the Island of Cuba.
With our support and donations, we will donate new homes in the city for families living in unsanitary conditions with no access to schools for their children.
We help provide basic human needs such as; at home water systems, kitchen appliances, electrical generators, monthly food allowances, medicinal needs, bicycles for transportation, school supplies for children, clothing and shoes. Additionally, we help them set up small businesses they can legally operate from their home in order to generate an income for their family household well being.
